1. Shipping Area We provide delivery to commercial addresses within the United States.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Method and Timeframes

  • We utilize advanced AI logistics and company-owned delivery vehicles for fast and secure deliveries.

  • Delivery is completed in under 4 hours from shipment.

4. Perishable Goods Given the perishable nature of our seafood, all orders are shipped using insulated packaging and temperature-controlled methods to preserve freshness. Recipients are advised to refrigerate or properly store products immediately upon arrival.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Atlantico Partners is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather).

  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any issues within 6 hours of delivery.
